What generic software doesn't get
- 01 Session bonds
A large share of a physio's billing comes from bonds of 5 or 10 sessions. Without an automatic counter that deducts on each visit, the team keeps a parallel spreadsheet and there are always lost or duplicated sessions.
- 02 Examination
A first visit is anamnesis + examination (range of motion, strength, palpation) + functional diagnosis + treatment plan. A CRM doesn't model that. Software built for physio does.
- 03 Multi-room and equipment
If you have 2 treatment booths, a pressotherapy machine and shockwave equipment, the agenda isn't 'time slots'; it's resource availability. A generic tool doesn't get it.
