This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the website zorinlabs.com (hereinafter, "the Site") and of the operational software products that are part of the Zõrin Labs ecosystem, including My Fit World (myfitworld.es) and Medra (medra.zorinlabs.com), as well as any other service identifiable with the Zõrin Labs brand (hereinafter collectively "the Services").
Accessing the Site and using the Services confers user status and implies full and unreserved acceptance of the content of this Legal Notice, of the Privacy Policy and of the Cookie Policy.
3. Conditions of use
The user agrees to:
- Use the Site and the Services in accordance with the law, this Legal Notice and good faith.
- Not carry out unlawful activities, harmful to the rights of third parties, or that may damage, render unusable, overload or impair the Site or the Services.
- Not introduce viruses, trojans, malicious scripts or any other code capable of causing damage to Zõrin Labs or third-party systems.

The trademarks "Zõrin" and "Zõrin Labs" and associated logos are distinctive of the owner. Their unauthorised use may be pursued under applicable law.
Without the owner's written authorisation, it is expressly prohibited to: reproduce, distribute, publicly disseminate, transform or use in any way the contents of the Site for commercial purposes. The user may privately view and reproduce the contents only for personal use.
5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Zõrin Labs makes its best efforts for the information on the Site to be accurate and up to date; however, it does not guarantee the absence of errors or the uninterrupted continuity of the Site or the Services.
Zõrin Labs shall not be liable for:
- Third-party technical failures, network outages, viruses or any other harmful element that may affect the user's equipment.
- Decisions made by the user based on information published on the Site, without prejudice to the specific terms of each contracted product.
- Content accessed via external links included on the Site, the responsibility for which lies exclusively with their respective owners.
- The use that third parties may make of the contracted products and services, when such third parties are end customers of the user (e.g. clients of a personal trainer using My Fit World).
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", under the terms of the contract and the corresponding subscription plan. Service Level Agreements (SLA), if any, will be governed by what is agreed in that contract.
